AUE Staffing is looking for a Family Services Administrator to assist one of our busy clients!

General Functions:
The Family Services Supervisor performs non-routine and complex tasks, providing support and services across multiple areas within the Family Services Department. This role involves supervising staff and overseeing their performance. The position requires independent judgment and initiative, under the general supervision of an assigned supervisor. Performance is evaluated through observation, reports, meetings, and results achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
Duties may vary based on the area of assignment. Below is a summary of representative duties for this position:
Community Action Division / Citizens' Commission for Children:
Ensure compliance with all standards and requirements of grants, contracts, and county regulations.
Serve as a liaison with other departments, divisions, outside agencies, and community groups.
Establish and oversee outreach programs/initiatives to assist non-profit organizations with capacity building.
Present program reports to relevant advisory boards and prepare quarterly and annual reports.
Collect, review, and analyze data, reporting findings to the Division Manager.
Assist in the development of policies and procedures for the Division.
Help manage the Division budget and monitor expenditures to ensure financial responsibility.
Work closely with the Division Manager and management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Assist in hiring, training, development, discipline, and performance appraisals of staff members.
Review the work of social services staff to ensure eligibility determination and the effective delivery of services.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Membership in the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Florida's growth management laws and state laws pertaining to homeowner associations and non-profit organizations.
Proven experience or training in large and small group facilitation.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions using sound judgment.
