Job Title: General Maintenance & Sanitation Worker

Pay Rate: $15.45/hour

Location: Manatee County, FL

Schedule: Varies

Job Summary:


We re looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Maintenance & Sanitation Worker. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in and around the facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for staff and guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is punctual, and enjoys physical, hands-on tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up and dispose of trash and debris throughout the premises
Clean and maintain grills and grilling areas
Sweep and mop floors regularly
Stock and clean restrooms, including refilling supplies
Support other departments with general cleaning and sanitation as needed
Perform other maintenance or cleaning tasks assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs

. Comfortable working outdoors and in variable weather conditions.

Must be able to stand, bend, walk, and lift for extended periods.

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Prior cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.

Reliable transportation and punctuality is required
