NOW HIRING: KidZone Staff for the 2025 2026 School Year!



Looking for a rewarding, exciting, and fast-paced opportunity?


AUE Staffing is hiring KidZone Staff to support before- and after-school programs for the upcoming school year!


Schedule: Monday Friday

Hours: Early morning & after school
Location: School-based sites throughout the district


This is a great opportunity for:

-Anyone who enjoys working with children and wants a consistent weekday schedule

? Job Overview:


As KidZone Staff, you ll work with school board employees to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children before and after school. Responsibilities include:
-

Greeting children and parents each day
-

Supervising children in structured and unstructured activities
-

Assisting with homework and providing snacks


-Supporting indoor/outdoor play and enrichment activities


-Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
-

Promoting positive behavior and assisting the site supervisor as needed
-

Other duties as assigned by the Program Director or Supervisor

Job Requirements

? Requirements:
-
High School Diploma, GED, or Florida Special Diploma (required)


-At least one (1) year of recent experience working with young children
-

Strong communication and interpersonal skills


-Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical duties such as standing, bending, or moving quickly when needed
-

Must pass:

Level 2 background check (fingerprinting)

Drug screening
