Job Description

Job Title: Reprographics & Administrative Support Assistant
Location: DeLand, Florida
Pay: $15.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)

Schedule: Full-Time, Temporary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as a Reprographics & Administrative Support Assistant. This is a temporary but long-term opportunity based in DeLand, Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience in repro graphics or ICT environments and a strong focus on customer service, organization, and confidentiality.

Please Note:

Candidates must be able to pass a Level II Background Check and drug screening prior to receiving a job offer.



Key Responsibilities:


Operate repro graphic equipment to fulfill printing/copying requests from staff and students.



Assist users with document finishing (laminating, stapling, special sizes, etc.



Support teaching staff with production of materials such as booklets, handbooks, and newsletters.

Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment (change toner, clear jams, schedule repairs).



Manage inventory of consumables and reorder supplies as needed.



Monitor usage and prepare monthly consumption reports.



Digitize paper files for digital record-keeping.

Update user printing accounts, cost jobs, and manage inter-departmental billing.

Adhere to copyright and data protection regulations.



Train staff on use of multi functional devices.

Maintain a tidy, safe, and organized repro graphics room.

Create signs and notices using desktop publishing software.



Attend meetings, training, and contribute to the overall mission and values of the organization.

Support a culture of safeguarding and wellbeing for children and young persons.



Qualifications & Requirements:
Essential:

Previous experience in an ICT, repro graphics, or administrative role.


Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.


Strong organizational and time management skills.


Excellent customer service skills; able to relate well to both children and adults.



Proficiency with photocopiers, printers, and desktop publishing tools.


Strong attention to detail and methodical work habits.


Good verbal and written communication skills.

Understanding of data confidentiality and data protection (e.G. GDPR, FERPA).



Familiarity with health and safety practices in an office or school setting.

Positive, proactive can-do attitude and a team player.



Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and responsibilities.
