Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Specialist to provide administrative support for one of our County school board clients. This role requires excellent computer skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail to ensure smooth day-to-day operations during the temporary assignment.

Temporary Administrative Specialist
Duration: 4 6 Weeks

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
Manage and organize electronic and paper files.
Assist with preparing and editing documents, reports, and correspondence.
Handle email and phone communication, providing timely and professional responses.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other administrative tasks.
Maintain records and databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Support special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with office equipment and general office procedures.
Ability to pass a level II background through fingerprinting as well as a drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with database management or specialized software.
Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
