Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team in an office-based role monitoring water utility pump systems.
This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

.

Key Responsibilities:


Monitor water utility pump systems from the office and respond to system alerts as needed.

Answer incoming telephone calls and provide professional customer service.
Create and manage work orders accurately and promptly
.
Enter, update, and maintain records using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Communicate effectively with field personnel, customers, and internal departments.

Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Identify and distinguish between red and green visual indicators on monitoring systems.

Job Requirements

PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT WORD AND MICROSOFT EXCEL

STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
EXCELLENT VERBAL COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED OFFICE ENVIRONMENT.

ABILITY TO ACCURATELY DISTINGUISH BETWEEN RED AND GREEN COLORS AS REQUIRED FOR MONITORING SYSTEM INDICATORS.
PREVIOUS OFFICE, DISPATCH, OR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED.
